I introduced my girlfriend to AL. She's the kindest, sweetest person. She doesn't even understand the idea of laughing at lolcows. Yet Amber Lynn draws out this bizarre evil in her.

Watching her cackle and laugh at Amber videos is truly sublime. It's the visual equivalent of smelling the air after a long rain or walking through an orchard, grabbing a peach right off of the tree and biting into it. Like Rembrandt's Lucretia, it is a study in contradictions - the beauty of a pure, genuine giggle contrasted with the brutish savagery that is Amber Lynn's existence. Lovely.

Maybe, just maybe, Amber lied about what went down with the doctor and about the results. Announcing that she has a disease on YT might be the one thing that will lighten up the mood of some haydurs and make them stop pushing the dislike button or leaving mean comments for her.

If headpats aren't coming in despite her various hints ( "being a bitch on SnapChat and Twitter, and then threatening to flounce off YT), she might settle with pity.

Lets face it, if AL didn't have youtube what would really be her chances of obtaining employment as a 500lbs woman? She can't sustain an office job as she's proven to us, and most people aren't likely to hire her if she would be "the first person a customer would see" anyway. She can't do anything physically demanding which would limit her form jobs like Walmart. She's not intelligent enough to do tech support or other work from home. She was lucky for the handful of job's she's had in the past but broke her ties there as well.

Gotta love how she swore back and forth that her call center job was do-able for her and the only reason she quit was because she "missed being around her animals" and that "they were neglected". This coming from a person who drove 2 hours one to purchase makeup she could have bought online. The person that is constantly in the car getting food/going to movies/going to walmart. The hours she spends at home are spent in bed sleeping. On the off chances that she DOES get up and move around, she doesn't even take her dog for a walk. Just kicks her out the back door to crap on the lawn. To be fair Eric and Ricky are home a lot and they probably interact with the animals more than AL.

She is a class A moocher. She mooched off the government, ex's parents, ex's, and now her youtube audience with clickbait titles and empty promises. She goes on a rant about how her channel is kin to a television show and yet she puts the literal minimal effort into it possible. This is why people have such issue with her claiming its her job. Its not, picking up your cell phone and filming your girlfriend's yellow teeth and what you cooked for your 15th meal for the day is not the least bit taxing. She claims that its "a lot of work" to open up. Its not. She hasn't opened up about anything, she just doesn't hide how lazy she is anymore. She doesn't even edit her videos, how many times does she say in a video "I'm going to edit that out" and anything actually gets edited? Never. Hell, I would have more respect for her if she skipped a couple meals out a month and purchased herself a decent computer/camera and upped the quality of her vlogs.

I agree - I mean, what job can she actually get. If we are being completely serious what job could a 500 pound woman with no degrees hold down. I'm still in the camp that if she REALLY wanted to improve her situation she should buckle down to going to school. But it's whatever. She's not going to lose the weight, or go to school, and I highly doubt she can hold down any job. She literally can't quit youtube even if she wanted too. Maybe she should just drop the weight loss thing and actually become some kind of weird feeder admiration. Those girls make major bucks. Because this gimmick of fat girl losing weight is getting kind of old.

She's delusional if she doesn't realize plenty of people download her videos just in case she tries to be sly and delete them later.

Amber went to college for a semester or less. IIRC, she was forced to by Kasey's mother (either get a job or go to school).

She isn't going back because:
1. she only did it in the first place to have a roof over her head,
2. she can't get student loans - she hasn't paid back the one she took back then and said she thought the money was given to her, so she didn't need to pay it back.

Frankly, the only colleges that would accept Amber are diploma mills, and even if she managed to get herself a decent education (ain't gonna happen), there is a bunch of people out there with BA's and MA's who are working retail because they can't get anything better.

I mentioned this on another thread too but I'm really intrigued now. Where's the grockpot disappeared? Is she done with the revolting grockpot slop phase? Or am I just blind and missed that floral monstrosity in their already cluttered kitchen?

Didn't she 'attend' Brown Mackie? I wonder if her loans were written off. Last I checked (prior to being shut down) they were charging somewhere in the neighborhood of $50k for a 2 year nursing degree and enticing suckers with their 'free iPad!!' gig. Good riddance.

It's probably in a cabinet along with her hopes and dreams. The same place as her other tumblers, wax melts, and self control. Never to be seen again.

Or she sadly realized her crock pot can't cook fast enough to talk her out of fast food.

I think anyone would be pissed off if they would have to listen Al screeching and bellowing like a bull moose in heat every damn day. Several times a day. Though it was and is Becky's choice to be with our dainty dwarf planet so suck it up Necky. Or finally dumb her ass and 500 journals, water containers and chokers to the curb and be done with it.

Possible that Amber has threatened suicide if she leaves her, or a number of other way's she could blackmail her. She is known for being a manipulative pig.
 
just a random thought but how does al even go out to eat? like seeing her in her entirety putting those mason jars in the fridge really brought this to mind that like...where does she sit? she can’t sit on a regular chair and how the hell would she squeeze into a booth? soon enough they’ll just have to order the food and bring it back home which means the only thing big al truly loves and looks forward to (going out to eat) will be ripped from her....then what?
