I don't know about them in droves, but to me it's always seemed pretty common for new users to make fools of themselves on this site. Probably why i lurked for so long.

The first time I saw it happen was when Amber had a thread in the Beauty Parlor. It lead to this sub-forum being created, a lot of people being scared shitless and one person self-doxing (it was beautiful).
It seems happen every time Amber becomes ban-happy and/or another hate group implodes. I've also noticed a few new faces every time Amber gives up on the diet du jour.

I didn't see this blow up, and I suspect posts were edited/deleted since then. My money is on the person who was banned from this thread. It was very suspicious how the new account stepped right in and picked up the fight.
