It's similar but not quite the Atkins diet.
You're right, it does not have anything to do with ketoacidosis so I'm sorry if I confused anyone there. Ketoacidosis (DKA) is what you would see in someone with diabetes and stems from cells not being able to get glucose because of insufficient insulin. Since they can't get glucose it just hangs out in your blood - you don't want DKA. Ever.

I find that A LOT of obese women have small, down turned mouths and tiny noses. I rarely see an obese woman with a large nose.
Why is Becky's head so big? This looks so bizarre. She's thinner back then, yet still no neck. Strange.
Edit: I guess she does kind of have a neck...

But is the nose tiny because it's actually tiny or does it just look tiny because they're so fat? AL's face is so moon shaped it's hard to tell anymore.

I thought it was midget at first with the short arms. She still had yellow teeth then but she did have somewhat of a neck even with the double chin. Atleast now we have an idea of what she would look like at a healthier weight.
