She's doing intermittent fasting with 2000 calories a day and she's allowed to eat that within an 8 hour window.

I get that "changing the way you eat" is the modern slogan for weight loss, but this shit is just self stimulation.

Masterabatory, addiction-related pleasure seeking.

Not eating is always the end goal for actual loss. Obsessing over food and how/when/what is consumed is an indulgence of the addiction, not a step away from it. Until she can move that focus to something else, she will never make any real improvement.

Even for this one little tiktok she couldn't remove three grapes from that cup to make it a serving. She could have even ate them off camera. Not eating was clearly NOT the goal here.

It's just a little healthy indulgence, and she's a quirky girlypop. It's not a problem.

Basically user Jenna Side is accusing user Chrisoula Lakkas of communicating with Amber on a feeder website.

Edit - did some research and couldn’t find anything. Feedie.com isn’t a website. Still, this guy is giving Amber the type of advice I would assume a feeder would give to a fat person.

This has been around for a long time, its evolved from the "its not a diet its a lifestyle change" slogan health food people use as a talking point. Our gorl thinks shes going to shovel a mountain of Brussel sprouts and corn into her maw for decades. Shes leaned into "volume eating" again, which is supposed to be full of veggies and lower calorie healthy options that usually require cooking and shes opted for frozen bullshit and stuff that comes in a bag/can. And cottage cheese. Again.

Shes back to chewing at a high rpm like a garbage disposal, shes really into whatever food bullshit shes got going at the moment. Watching her weirdly try and not fondle herself while eating and switching to a one handed tiktok dance was uncomfortable to watch. It came out of nowhere. She must be getting her public/private videos a little mixed up and the food gets her going since emily lets her get super into what shes already into anyway which is eating and moaning.


Our gorls views and lack of money has finally gotten to her, and shes starting her same old "day one" bullshit thats kept the lights on but shes just doing it on another platform. I wonder if shes going to start doing "weigh ins" when she gets under her "highest recorded weight". Cause shes hinted at it, I bet shes hovering around 590 to 640 right now.

Do we think shes going to get demonetized and deplatformed on tiktok first because of the clearly disordered weird feeder shit shes doing 🤔 or do we think shes going to go from brussel sprouts and cottage cheese to crashing out and eating her full of junk to get a dopamine hit first?
