Yes, Amber has had "cold sores" in countless videos and always has to bring attention to it and say it's a cold sore but not herpes, and then get pig mad when people explain science to her. HSV1 and HSV2 are nearly the same virus, one attaches to the basal ganglia at the top of the spine and the other attaches to the bottom of the spine, which is why one generally presents above the neck and the other generally presents below the belt, but they can be interchangeable (someone can catch HSV2 on their mouth from someone with genital HSV2 and vice versa).
