Ballet flats are easier to put on than tennis shoes. I can't imagine Amber being able to reach her feet to do up any laces. Strange that she is suddenly worried about a body part looking 'fat and dumb'. It's way too late for that, Amber.

I think she's also secretly hoping to get her own show on TLC ala Whitney Thore. This isn't the first time she's uploaded a video of her dancing. I think the first one was called "Fat Girl Dancing to Lady GaGa" or something similar. She's delusional and desperate enough to try to get her own tv show.

AL's entire existence is a testament to how much of a cushion youth is against damage done to the body. For most people, the mid to late 30's is when they realize they actually have to start being more proactive about their health because that cushion has worn down some. AL is just gonna grind it to dust and have nothing left to keep her going.
It's seriously remarkable how much denial she's in. Her 500 pound body doesn't walk, shimmy, dance, or waddle to the kitchen because she's not in that bad of shape, it's because she's got time on her side FOR NOW.
