I think the new extra obnoxious, extra infantile persona is caused by her severe Tiktok addiction. She's a mid 30s woman who spends 24/7 watching zoomer girls on Tiktok, watching shows about teenagers, reading young adult novels and trying to emulate the way current year teenagers speak and behave with a heavy dose of fag-hag who is obsessed with drag queens. It would be less creepy if she was still acting like a teenage girl from the early 2000s due to her mental retardation and "muh trauma" but she's actually putting in effort to emulate current day teenagers.

I wouldn't be surprised if we one day get a groomer-scandal-situation-type-deal-girlypop moment because she's very likely talking to people who are way way younger than her in the DMs because she doesn't really have anything in common with people her own age who tend to be in a different stage of life entirely and this will only become more prominent the older she gets. Lemon Poppy Seed Cookies
makes approximately 55 cookies (or 200 minis!):

ingredients:
For The Cookies:

2 pounds salted butter
1.9 pounds white sugar
1.2 pounds powdered sugar
8 eggs
4 cups of canola oil
1 cup lemon juice
0.25 cup lemon zest
6 pounds of flour
*half ingredient packet* Crumbl uses ingredient packets to make sure that only corporate knows the recipes, but based on what’s missing from a standard cookie recipe and what happens if you forget a packet these are the approximate substitutions
5 tablespoons baking soda
5 tablespoons baking powder
0.5 cup poppy seeds

For glaze
0.33 cup lemon juice*
3 cups powdered sugar*
*approximate measures

baking directions:
preheat oven to 290 degrees F or 143 C

Cream together butter and sugar, mix in eggs, oil, juice and zest, lastly add in dry ingredients

Cookies at Crumbl are weighed at 4 ounces and scooped using a portion scoop to get their standard shape, then flattened to about ¾ of an inch thick, or if you don’t have access to a scale this recipe makes approximately 55 cookies so do your best with that.

*if you want to make minis like Crumbl does for catering the weight is 1 ounce & the baking time is 8 minutes!*

place on a parchment lined baking sheet 2 inches apart from both the other cookies and the sides of the baking sheet. This will be about 9 cookies.

bake for 14 minutes, flipping half way.

Let cookies cool before glazing.
