I have older hands and half the stuff that makes them look old, i.e., enlarged knuckles, bulging veins, visible tendons, crepey skin--all disappear when you pump enough fat into them. And Amber's hands are so fat, I honestly can't imagine how that palm reader managed to find any lines to read. So I wouldn't say her hands look old ... but they do look dirty. And tacky AF.
