She wants us to believe she lost 6lbs overnight? I guess it's possible for someone her size, but really?

I don't know whether this is relevant to her at her size but I read somewhere that most people's weight fluctuates up to five pounds a day based on how hydrated they are/if they did or did not eat/if they've taken a dump/ etc. So do I believe that her weight might have gone down six pounds? I can believe it. Do I think it was actual weight loss or a hefty dump? I'm betting on hefty dump.
