Use as wraps for cold sandwiches - flour tortillas works better for that
Peking roast duck - sub. tortillas for the chinese pancakes

Alternatively, pulled pork, refried beans, you've got yourself an off-meta barbecue sandwich.

Pinwheels!

One of my favorite low-effort snacks, and super customizable. A tortilla, any spread, any filling, roll it up, cut it into slices. You can even bake them if you want.

Some of my favorite arrangements:

• Cream cheese, turkey, provolone
• Marinara, mozzarella, pepperoni
• Nutella, bananas, cinnamon
