Altercation Banksy had with King Robbo

Does anyone have more information about the altercation between King Robbo and Banksy when Banksy was starting to get some momentum ? Robbo was said to have slapped him across the face when he didn't say hi right away.

Does anyone have a date for this or a first-hand account of the events ? Thanks
