At least in the second instance, I'm pretty sure he's attempting to quote the Megaman song from Phil's remixes. He'll spout that shit fairly often when DSP's on break and leaves that playlist running. So no, he doesn't; he's just singing along with Phil.

Yes, I forget the exact reference but I do remember a Tevin video or stream where he used 'And shoutout to jubbity bubbity for the sub' as a generic DSP sub shoutout.

Regarding whether Sidella got a 24 hour timeout, I believe it was from a mod & not DSP - seemed DSP initially spoke a couple minutes afterwards. @actually should be able to confirm or deny the timeout length using the raw logs he has for cheer/sub tracking, there should be an AT SYMBOLban-duration=600 (timeout length in seconds, so 10 minutes, 86400 for 24 hours) on the CLEARCHAT message for ob1kenobi434.
