Big Al is very likely on the spectrum. You know how Tommy posts the same shit over and over but slowly changes over time? Bi Gal does the same thing but it never changes. Literally years on end with the same shit. It's been a while, but I'll try to rattle off some of his mantra.
"An innocent man" - that's how he described the man in the pic in the OP. Over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over and over again. Ironically he had three claims that he would make about the picture depending on the audience.
- Usually he'd do a DMCA takedown for the pic, claiming it was his own, but only if the host accepted an improper DMCA notice because he wasn't willing to provide his actual identity and contact info which is a required part of any DMCA takedown notice.
- Sometimes he'd claim that the picture was stolen from his computer by a hacker (Soyl/Chandra/Indian internet engineer on a municipal computer)
- But most importantly, he'd claim it wasn't him and it was "an innocent man"
He would also claim that the house pictured and the address shared was not his own, but also the "innocent man". Oddly he took a really autistic interest in protecting this stranger that was the "innocent man". He blurred the house on Google Street View, he'd do DMCA takedowns, and even threaten hosts with legal action. It's suspected that he forced at least one host/forum to capitulate after launching a DDOS attack using the LOIC. It's rumored that Bi Gal wields moderation powers at said forum to this day, deleting or reporting posts that do so much as refer to "the aussie" or any variation of references that only he and Soyl know to refer to Bi Gal. Most of the forum goers don't even know the references that he reports. He even likes to be "helpful" by reporting links that Soyl posts as linking to malicious content. His concept of malicious content is pretty broad. Basically if you can find any report anywhere on the internet of the domain ever having malware or script issues in the history of the internet, he'll claim that any link to said domain is malicious, even if the link is directly to a standard embedded JPG. Not sure if he's off the charts autistic there, or just likes to report all of Soyls posts all over the internet.
One thing is for sure, Soyl or Chandra, or whatever the guy's name is that trolls BiGal has done a phenomenal job and Al has followed him literally everywhere on the internet. BiGal was also a mod on rahstyles.com for a while. He and the owner would make fluff posts and talk back and forth to make the forum seem more active than it was. You could look at users post counts and BiGal and the Admin had like 12k each and the next closest member had under 50.
