the beautiful houses and neighborhoods are nearly all vacant. The populations of all the black majority cities in the USA, like Baltimore or Oakland or Detroit,
have all totally collapsed. This is a huge part of our housing crisis. We have functional people crammed into an ever-smaller number of areas, where prices must be kept high or burdens (such as driving) must be artificially induced to keep out blacks.

There is, theoretically, another strategy we could use, besides high prices or long drives: social credit.

I do not want to live under a social credit system because I'm well aware that whomever administers it will use it to control my behavior. If corporations administer it, they'll lower my score because I don't watch enough ads, or consume the right products. If government administers it, they'll lower my score because I eat too much meat, or don't wear a mask, etc.

The only point I'm making is, it is theoretically possible to use technology to keep blacks out, without just openly saying "no blacks allowed"

The way this would work is: (1) have secure areas where everyone who enters is identified. (2) revoke access to anyone who misbehaves. (3) share data between places with similar values.

In other words, you could potentially live in a neighborhood that is secure, and has amenities like a pool. You could allow public access. You just have to be able to identify everyone, and kick out the troublemakers. You could potentially have places like malls, with shops and restaurants, that you could enjoy in peace. We have a form of this already. People are often trespassed from establishments. The problem is, we don't use technology to track them, and we don't share that data. So blacks will get kicked out of a place, then come back when a different person is on duty, or just go to another place to cause trouble. We could fix that with technology. It's dystopian, but it could work.

"Fur angel." Fucking assholes. Dogs should only ever be allowed to eat nigger children. Hostility towards other offspring (animal or fair-skinned human) is grounds for automatic euthanasia. An animal that's acquired the "habit" of attacking non-aggressive children (or adults for that matter) is always going to do it and generally cannot be "corrected." That's been standard procedure for animal control departments around the whole country for at least a century.
