Every 15-20 years a new series of Euphemisms roll out as a purity test. It doesn't matter if they make less sense. Think about illegal immigrants (undocumented migrants), vagrants (unhoused people), and the mentally retarded (this one changes a lot I'm not sure what it is now.) Some people will be slow to pick them up, but that group gets smaller and smaller. The actual term gets more and more offensive. Eventually the resistant either give in or get fired once some HR complaint is filed about them saying negro one too many times. The younger generations are taught the new words in school and don't know anything else. Grandpa is just an old kook who says nigger because he's confused and they were less enlightened when he was young. It helps filter out young non-believers and can isolate the older ones from their family. You also get to sell new textbooks, medical books, and anything else with potentially offensive text printed on it.

"People of Color" is the "correct, non-offensive" term for colored people. But all they did was switch the words around. It's barely different. Leftists are so brainwashed that they will vilify you for using the "incorrect" order of the same words.

Bit off topic but if i ever become the supreme god king of the world this would be my third thing on my shitlist i can resolve with mass executions "simply you cant rent out property which has any kind of mortgage/loan/leas/lien. on it, it has to be 100% owned by the landlord(s)"

Buying a property w loan then renting out even if the price of the loan+utilities kinda leave a sour taste in my mouth, like when corpos begging for bailout... If the rentoids forbidden to subletting a room so should be the landlord if he has any kind of debt on his "property"

It is normal in the business, and when the tenants are upscale businesses it is an extremely profitable way of getting additional investment capital. This is why (for a famous example) the Empire State Building keeps being refinanced.

Also, when the tenants are Section 8 (that is on welfare) a state agency pays the rent. So the real slumlords types don't have this problem either.

The landlord in question made the mistake of renting a mortgaged house to African-Americans who were just prosperous enough *not* to be Section 8.
