Organ transplants are kind of a Faustian bargain anyway as I understand it as it might only prolong life for under a decade and you'll be on a bunch of pills to keep your body from rejecting it.
Most organs are only good for a decade ish after transplantation, even with a good drug regime. The chance of getting certain cancers also goes up significantly due to the suppressed immune system. IME a relative got a kidney from a friend and died of pancreatic cancer 8 years later. It was 8 years longer than they would have gotten otherwise and they didn't regret it but if I was in that situation, I'd seriously have to consider my options.

I finally slapped him one day and got in deep trouble for it. School admin wanted to suspend me and told me outright that it didn't matter how much Chris harassed me, he was a senior (and I wasn't) so they wouldn't punish him.
I was so mad. Later that year, someone stole my bike because I'd locked it up wrong (they disassembled part of it to take it) and Chris made multiple sockpuppets on Facebook to mock me for being so stupid to not lock my bike up better. I still don't know what his fucking problem with me was, but I hope that nigger fucking died or something by now.

Interesting. I was always told you don't "beat cancer" it goes into remission and you buy yourself another decade give or take, of life due to the stress it puts on the human body.
I had a relative diagnosed late in life. She was the "hippy dippy" type, the best I can explain it. They gave the odds and explained what the treatment was like and she was like "fuck that" declined all cancer treatment and just decided to live out her final years. I always thought that took balls to accept death and decline a miserable existence years of treatment for a shot at a few more years and just say "fuck you". If I found out I had stage 3 cancer or some weird shit I'd probably go to all the loan sharks I could find then max out all my credit cards on hookers and drugs till I die. After that maybe fedpost? Like try to get the higshscore, IDK. I thank God I am alive, my health keeps me law abiding and sane. Statistically speaking, I should be dead already.

My relative was given 6 months from diagnosis, was dead in 6 weeks. Only in her early 50's. Pancreatic cancer is terrible, you usually don't really have symptoms until it's too far along to do anything about. My relative's first symptom was food getting physically stuck in her oesophagus and that meant the end already. She also declined everything but comfort care but she took it with dignity. I don't know if I could've been as accepting as she was.
To bring this back to the melanated, is there somewhere to look at the cancer rates and types amongst American blacks? I assume bowel and stomach cancers are rife because of their shitty diets. Also cervical cancers because they all have HPV.

They really don't know how to handle it when you take corrective action yourself and refuse to apologize though, especially when you remain thoroughly unimpressed by their threats of administrative and bureaucratic penalties. Nothing makes them rage harder than a white student who isn't swayed by being called names or being shown the hateful double-standard of discipline they reserve for niggers vs. whites.
I never got quite that bad, but I did absolutely unload a slew of verbal abuse at a nigger in my fifth grade class at a Lutheran school, including many "N-bombs" as the nigger had duly earned, and drew the feigned-righteous fury of the principal himself, who thought he'd "show me up" by lecturing me "quietly" in the back of the classroom -- during a session, mind, so my fellow students could all see and hear -- and half way through his spiel about how bad racism is, I interrupted him to remind him of my father's own feelings about how misbehaving niggers should be handled. He completely lost his composure, slammed his fist into the table and shouted "I DON'T GIVE A DAMN WHAT YOUR DAD THINKS!" I leaned back, smiled, and loudly replied "you will once he gets here, asshole."
We'd just about had it with the school at that point and were planning a transfer anyway, faculty and students alike, and my parents had both given me their blessing to mouth off to the pavement ape and the principal as much as I liked (since the nigger was an endless source of nuisance to everyone in class, not just me). God damn that was a satisfying shouting match though once my parents arrived to pick me up that day (dad's an ex-Vietnam vet with a nasty temper and fists to back it up, and none-too-amused with modern education). Holy fucking shit that little worm thought he was going to die. It was great. They sent me to my next (better) school with straight A's on the report card, lol.
Nice thing about being a white kid with both white parents, still married and actively involved in your school life.
