I live in an upscale neighborhood got lucky on a place and we have a few section 8 buildings in the area but they're all for the elderly and disabled.
Edit: Should note my old man lived in a nice Section 8 building in downtown back in the day that was for the elderly and disabled and I recently learned from a friend who is a social worker it's now for any section 8 person not just the old and disabled and it's gone to hell full of druggie's and ghetto trash.
