I want to stress though, that the woman in my anecdote had made her declaration about white men as a class, for she claimed to find us all so repulsive that she would rather kill, say, Henry Cavill, than sleep with him.
And this woman was not merely unashamed of this declaration, but proud of it.
While I've never found black women terribly attractive (pale skin FTW!), and as I'm posting in this thread, it's safe to bet that I'm not a huge fan of our melanated queenz more generally, but I can admit at least that there are nonetheless some pleasant, attractive black women out there whom I wouldn't "kick out of bed", so to speak.

Assume that means, "here's what the government spends on/for each person"
Take the total amount that groups pay in taxes, and divide it by the number of people in each group
Subtract (4) for each pers from (2) for each person
The obvious result is, whites contribute; blacks don't. One big problem with the logic is that point (2) pretends that government expenditures are fair (that the government spends just as much money helping a white man as it does helping a black man). That is laughably not true. Almost all government programs are handouts to blacks.
The bottom line is, a million dollars per black is probably a conservative guess as to what we spending putting up with their bullshit.
And some of them are undoubtedly orders of magnitude more expensive! This has come up before in discussions of certain body cam videos. Here's one that I thought was quite a doozy:

Anyway, in this video, he goes on facebook and displays a gun and talks about killing people. The cops don't take any chances. They roll on him with a SWAT team and a Bearcat (armored vehicle). They use a hook attachment on the front of the bearcat to rip open the garage door. The hook accidentally grabs his Tesla, and so that gets pulled out into the street too. There's also other damage to the house.
It's mentioned in the video that the house is rented. The Tesla likely is too. The house is fucking destroyed. The Tesla is totaled.
This fucking retard actually put some money in the bank (thank you, Jews) but somehow he still manages to be a net drain on society. There's no way he pays to repair that house!

Oh, I remember that song. It must be easy to be a rapper nowadays. All you need is a catchy beat, hyperactive energy like a child, maybe a dance, and some equipment and hope that somebody catches on. Now with that, I feel that all these "aspiring" rappers blur together. Dramatic shots with the camera, autotune to mask rhythm, expensive cars and money all over the place, incomprehensible mumbling of the English language.
I always manage to find businesses that are basically this^ and feel stupid afterwards for not clocking it. Recently, this new barbecue restaurant opened up and my family went to check it out. It turned out to be little more than access to a random black family's kitchen; the menu was incredibly limited, the food itself was mid, and everything was overpriced. My family was also the only group of crackers in the whole damn joint, but at least the people there were nice about it.
The most embarrassing time this happened to me was years ago, way before I got racist, when I was regularly visiting Milwaukee in the fall. I'd found this clothing store I just loved to bits and pieces! It had plus sizes, wild patterns on the fabric, accessories up the wazoo, and it was cheap enough I could walk out with multiple bags of clothing! It was great!! I told everyone about it, went every time I went to Milwaukee, and never thought a thing of the all-black staff or all-black customers because hey, it's Milwaukee, everyone's black in Milwaukee. Well, I found out they had a location that was WAY closer to home than Milwaukee, so I got my boyfriend to drive us 90 minutes out of the way so I could go to the location down around here. I get inside and the first thing I see is a white T-shirt with the words "MELANIN QUEEN" on the front in bold black letters. Turns out it was full of black women because it's literally a black women's store. I felt like Peggy on King of the Hill when she found out her shoe store was for drag queens. I never went back (mostly because I stopped having occasions to buy dresses for,) and I felt so sheepish and stupid. Of course it was white guilt at the time, like, "oh jeez I'm up in their space they carved out for themselves, I shouldn't be here, I'm so sorry I'll just go." I'm sure if the same thing happened now I'd be much less apologetic about spending money in their store and most likely paying for them to get they weaves installed [smack smack smack].

I did something similar with a barber down the street from my house at the time, back in my "pre-racist" days. I walked in, realized it was a nigger barbershop (no one in the shop was white except me), and decided "eh, guess we'll see if we're as 'integrated' as they like to claim," said "hi," sat down, treated them like human beings and ordered my usual (thank god I hadn't switched to the buzz cut yet at that point ). They had a kiosk in back selling nigger phones ("Boost Mobile" I believe) and we actually spent most of the conversation making fun of the people who tended to buy them (even niggers recognize their brethren are being fucking stupid sometimes -- I begrudgingly respect that).
Looking back on it now, they were absolutely "uncomfortable" that I walked in, but to their credit, they were professional and friendly and that discomfort vanished quickly. Needless to say I never returned, and I found a proper white barber that'd been well-established in a different neighborhood for decades (he was cheaper, faster and better anyway).

I always thought MetroPCS was the ghetto phone carrier. There's also Cricket Wireless, which is a newer one, but it's another one of those phone stores you never see outside of the ghetto.
I think a large part of this is Medicaid. Just to birth a baby in a hospital, the hospital bill can be as much as a college degree from $12,000-32,000+ depending on any complications or desires the mother has. Considering blacks are having tons of children, that already places them as high consumers of government assistance. Also, if they called an ambulance to transport the mother when she entered labor, that's another $500-4000. You also have to consider WIC benefits ON TOP of SNAP benefits, the national lunch program thing ($1200-2000), and then the children also have medical bills. Just the shots for kids from newborn to age 10 can be $1000-2000 per child.
And then there's also the Donald Trump plan "american dream accounts" where every child born on US soil, and thus citizen, would get a saving account at birth which would accumulate money until age 18 and parents would have been able to tap into it at any time. The proposal never passed, but the complete amount was to be around $46,000 per person.
So when Lashonda has her 9 keedz, that's an average of $7000-9000 per year after the initial cost of birth. $130,000-180,000 per child from birth to age 18,not including the Section 8, not including Social Security paychecks, not including the cost of public schooling, etc. Western society takes a HEAVY toll to provide comfort to our pet niggers at no charge.
Meanwhile, since whites and asians generally will have careers, they will get company benefits medical, dental, car etc insurances. When they give birth, they will pay deductibles.
