This is something that I have noticed as well. Black people seem to use neologisms or more specifically euphemisms very frequently and I always kind of wondered why that was and I think it’s because it’s a confidence issue. People who are confident in their understanding of some kind of abstract idea are able to manipulate and use the words as they were designed for that purpose, but with them they don’t actually know, they don’t actually understand the topic so they just kinda have to like muddle through and hope the other person doesn’t notice.

I don't think even a staple gun for construction would have that range and the staples would probably be very inaccurate. I really do think he has some kind of non-construction tool for handling nigger crime and I am now genuinely very curious.
