I appreciate that it at least tried to teach traditional morals and the role of violence to young boys for a couple seasons before that genderspecial Steven Universe autist got involved and sidelined virtues and values for plotlines about getting cucked and being gay. Though maybe that sets a realistic expectation for what said young boys will experience in clown world. Maybe it's, accidentally, a story about not losing touch with your fundamental values even when the world around you does.
