Add the ability to hide subforums - Obviously talking about A&H but a generalized option won't hurt

Pretty basic request here to replicate the best feature afforded by browsing the forum while logged-out.

Aside from hiding A&H autism from view, it would also make a nice QOL feature to not have to scroll the whole list of subforums (most of which I've never read) and to only see the handful that I care about. Of course this should also come with a quick toggle to show all subforums in case you need to go somewhere you don't usually browse.

Use ublock/adblock to block the elements you don't want to see.

Is it not physically possible for you to just not look at it? It's not an unreasonable feature for mobile where screen space is limited, but this is the pettiest possible reason lmao

Save me from myself nool!
You ever click on a twitter link to see something funny someone posted, and every pixel of space surrounding it is #TRANSRIGHTS #BLACKLIVESMATTER #WHITEFRAGILITY #FUCKDONALDTRUMP #SIGNMYPETITION.

Yeah, it's kinda like that. I can "not look at it" but it's kind of a pain in the ass to be constantly avoiding particular pixels that I can't even see yet, isn't it?

I can't say I've had this problem

Besides, we're talking about subforum headers with like 1/3 of a headline sticking off the end

What is this thread about? I'm sure if I could read the full "Ca..." I'd get really upset! TFW not enough context to decide how upsetting these pixels are

Touch wood, I've had no issues so far, getting rid of chat fully was a PITA, but otherwise, it's been pretty straightforward.
I'm pretty surprised that doesn't cause malfunctions. How's it hold together between site updates?

Do you not use the "new content/sperging" section? What about related threads at the bottom of every page? What about the "whats new" page?

I'm not asking to block this out of anybody's view but my own. This site is filled with funny stuff to relax at the end of the day. I'd like that not to be interwoven with depressing tardspewing.
