The rules are simple. Each user takes the latest picture branching off from the original and adds an element, part, feature, object, etc. to it one at a time using Paint, Photoshop, etc. and the other users add on more stuff from there. It can be anything, anywhere. Try to be original while also not entirely ruining the picture.
