The Belkan military has launched a new military operation against a threat greater than Ustio.

That threat being Oseans.

At 0900 today, Sud Belka Division has landed in Oured - to begin the cleansing of the Osean off the face of Strangereal.

You are to join 1488th Squadron and provide aerial support. You will be armed with cobalt bombs for this mission. Use them liberally.

Heavy enemy resistance is expected and retreat will not be possible until all local opposition is eliminated.

So who are the jews in universe getting sides to fight against each other for rootless international banker aims? Cause I'll tell you who Fakelinsky is working for.........
 

We're eating good buddies, apparently a couple of days ago someone cracked Infinity's multiplayer. It appears to be working with infinitely regenerating fuel. Obviously a somewhat small playerbase (though it's right now the most active game on RPCN with 124 peak players in the last 24 hours), but I've had some trouble actually getting into a game so I can't really verify how it plays right now. From what I've read some people have some severe crashing issues, but others appear to have no problems at all.
 
With upgraded high level planes it was really fast. I remember when they increased the cap to 15 the pace became kind of ridiculous.
 
I played a little bit of Infinity multiplayer tonight, and it ran well enough (though after a while it started having these 0.25-0.5s frame hangs that were concerning) but trying to get into a lobby was like pulling teeth. I did walk a friend through setup and get him in to help out just to find that the invite system seems to not work at all. Luckily, we did eventually manage to find a lobby we could both join. No lag issues that I could tell. The game is just as fun as I remembered.
 
Any enthusiasm for organising a lobby once a fortnight or so?
 
It wouldn't surprise me if the people over at /aceg/ set something up, they kept doing Saturday rooms for AC7 long after normal MP died and there's still probably quite a few hanger-ons from the Infinity era that still post there.

AC8 releases on October 2nd, if you pre-order a premium edition you get early access on September 29th and on PS5 you get AC0 included as a bonus. No word yet on if it'll be available on Steam/Xbox, but given PA's track record, I doubt it.

Edit: AC0 confirmed for PC and Xbox.
