I posted a thread in A&H about a track competition with a link to an article from the daily wire, and got this:
Your post in the thread 2 transgender girls win CT state track competition was edited. Reason: Actually search for a real news link next time instead of a blog link. This is barely news and you seem to just want to sperg about trannies. I found an actual news source this time.
The link I posted has a video of the event and the same names, dates, etc as every other source. I clicked on the author's page and its mostly news, some editorials, but it sure as shit isn't a blog. What counts so I don't piss anyone off next time? I will not always be able to find an article in a big national news website about something that will make an interesting thread for A&H.
The Daily Wire is primarily an opinion site I believe (I think it's the Ben Shapiro one). If you post an article from a blog, try finding their source as they most likely found it somewhere else. If you can only find it on a blog, wait until you can find a source. Refer to the guidelines if in doubt about whether to post it all. You've done this before where there are actual news sites reporting on something and you chose a blog link.
