Why does Mickey Mouse wear gloves when Mickey Mouse is a mouse and in real life Mice can't wear gloves because they don't have hands. It doesn't make any sense to me..

Because his hands were black and so was his body, so Walt gave him gloves so that the hands wouldn't be invisible when they were in front of him.
