I wish to obtain some police and forensic reports, for my own use to help if they spark some memories and/or help me come to some conclusions about some things.

Doea anyone know the process that a layperson would go about obtaining copies of police reports and if they would be avaible?

Just go to the police department and walk in the back where they hold the records. No one cares and if they try to stop you then punch them for harassing a transgendered person.

I can't explain the people who have followed me in the past, but they haven't been following me in recent years and I have no idea of who they were or how to get in contact with them.
