Windows 10 is like Windows 7 but better. Once you turn off the tracking and remove all the bloatware.
Seriously though, I was expecting to hate it, but it's actually very good. Am I missing something?

You're not missing anything. Once you tweak the registry a bit to remove all the Microsoft malware, it's a very good general purpose OS. Unlike any single linux distro.
