I'm not sure, the account follows the same accounts as Chris, reblogs a lot of Sonichu and MLP stuff. Not to mention "She" started around the time Chris was blocked form all those "gal pal" accounts

Another argument as to why this one is a ween is that Chris isn't the type of person to use multiple accounts for no reason. Anything else would be far too much effort for him.. For example:
- In the case of NightStar it's because he needed to leak his side of the Doopie conversation to @Marvin , Note that later he lazily used the same account again as:
* A white knight after the Doopie leaks.
* A way to spy on her after she blocked his main acct.
* A way to tell us how to use the word 'dear'.
- In the case of Kert Varnsen (I really wanna know where this comes from btw) it's because he wanted to spy on Doopie without her or the weens knowing. Which almost worked by the way, the only reason we found out is that he slipped up with the screencaps.
- In the case of Jenkins Jinkies, it's because he wanted to 'infiltrate' the troll community.
But Chris gains nothing from the account you're suggesting because he's already talked about the soy sauce on his main acct. he already spys on Doopie via the Kert account.
Finally, I don't think he would advertise his own crying picture and use it publicly like that either. It's far too soon for him.

But is that stalking? I won't victim blame or understate the seriousness of a crime (when one occurs) but this is
like
a fat delusional autist making new twitter accounts so he can comment on her pony scribbles and shit. He isn't going to her home or threatening to, isn't phoning or doxxing her, isn't sending threats or pictures of dead puppies.
It might be annoying Doops, but if she finds that it triggers bad feels related to past stalking events, I'd rather point her towards a counselor who specializes in trauma than accuse every retard being retarded on twitter of committing a serious crime.

You're confusing stalking with harassment.. Stalking is the act of following a person or a thing.. Now the difference between Chris and her regular followers is that she explicitly told him not to follow her and made efforts to keep him from it.. What does he do? He keeps on following her through multiple accounts. This is what makes it bad.
The other stuff like calls, doxxing & dead puppies falls under the harassment tag.. or some other act rather than stalking in itself..

You've got it backwards. Stalking involves literally following, not just metaphorically following, like you'd do on the internet.
What Chris is doing is arguably harassment, but definitely not stalking.

Also one point I will add is that Chris is getting better with his socks.. He (or whoever is helping him) is clearly reading how we identify his socks here and counteracting that. This time for example there was no weird capitalization, and no overt references to either Chris himself or his interests that can quickly be identified.
Obviously the signal to noise ratio has been ruined by weens too.. So that's another obstacle..

(Best guess: To try to show Jessica that he's serious about not creeping on Doopie anymore so she'll come back to him. If this doesn't work, he'll go back to listening to Doopie. Hell, if it does work he'll probably go back to covertly listening to Doopie. Chris is not a smart man.)
