He was underage at the time, or had just turned 18? Therefore extraditing him, or getting a lengthy sentencing would be difficult. So they chose to sit on the evidence and strike once the time was right.

Those TikTok scrapes are interesting as they pertain to Doxbin. Unfortunately Goggle's results are of the 'discover' index and searching the video titles directly on tiktok doesn't seem to net any useful results.

There are certain social impulses and signals that are intuitive to Com circles that might be confusing to outsiders. One of them being their obsession with 'OGs' or 'rare usernames.' They serve an actual social utility, whether you believe it or not. It also doesn't just extend to the 'cool' factor that comes from it, but also signals something very important to other fraudsters in the scene. Almost all of the com is just connections, if you are more known and visibly accomplished you are more likely to be trusted and will inevitably find other higher skilled people to work with opposed to 99% of the com which are nonamers and don’t have any way to “break in” and learn how to do said crimes.

TikTok appears to scrape content from various sources and repost it. The links simply redirect to TikTok videos about DoxBin; however, the Google search previews display excerpts from White's dox rather than the TikTok video's actual content - I think its just a means of driving traffic to TikTok (as opposed videos directly related to the specific text).

Luckily, with Falder, it was a chink in his armour that got him in the end. He connected to a Gumtree account he was using to identify his victims using his local IP.

A global phenomenon​

An indictment unveiled by the US Department of Justice in April 2025 alleges that two American men in their early 20s, Leonidas Varagiannis and Prasan Nepal, were part of a chatroom with the same name which “was reserved for the inner core of 764 members”.

The pair are accused of using “764 Inferno” to conspire with other members to create and distribute child exploitation images, among other charges. Researchers have found at least 295 arrests linked to the Com network in 33 countries, including Australia, where there are matters before the courts.

I legitimately think that's part of why this site get's ddosed so often. There is overlap between some of the cows here and some of the depraved groups, and they don't like it when you sign a light on groups adjacent to them.

The government moves slow, but they do move and with the inevitability of a mountain. Sangie got caught, with terabyites of stuff. I expect there to be downstream fallout from that arrest because you don't get almost 200tb of csam without connections.

Yeah, I'm gonna say it's fake for a variety of reasons. Mainly, the grammar is absolutely horrendous throughout "John Bamford's" correspondence with Statewins; the subject line not being capitalised is another, and the use of "Blackmailer".

I am getting inspect element vibes. It appears that Statewins has found the name of a publicly listed FBI worker who works as part of their cyber task force.

Then again, it could (unlikely) be real. Law Enforcement certainly do make attempts at SE'ing online criminals into giving up information on themselves and others.

Maybe it's real considering criminals are often not as smart as people expect them to be. Probably not though there's no way this can be an actual email from a FBI agent

Exactly. The only rationale which could make this real is that the FBI officer is trying to remain "casual" to build a relationship with Statewins. Either that, or Statewins already has an existing relationship with them from submitting previous tips. It would not be the first time that degenerate paedophiles have brazenly and selfishly engaged with law enforcement agencies as part of preemptive positioning, anticipatory cooperation, or to test the waters of their own arrogance.

In 2013, a man who ran one of the biggest CSAM forums at the time (Lux or Matthew David Graham) contacted the FBI via their tips line in an attempt to strike deals for immunity and monetary gain, and simply to taunt them. He was caught the following year and sentenced in 2016.

Someone should do the fleshsimulator method on him by using AI to scrape his messages and then find people with similar writing styles, which AI is very good at doing due to literally being giant networks meant to analyze and predict language using math
 
I love when these people think the big time cyber criminals. It's hilarious cause actual people who do large scale cyber crimes. Guess what? Do it for billions of dollars. These people are just low level sociopaths who understand the basic tenets of a few bits of technology.
