7/23 Court Date

Oh damn I missed it. I love it when @P-Logic shows up, acts contrarian for a hot minute, and disappears for a month or two. Shit's always fun. Gotta say the "I totes know a reporter" was a nice addition to the gimmick.

You know what I find a little odd? If this reporter is chronicling Chris's history of trolling, then why is she at his court dates? The two have nothing to do with each other.

The Game Stop incident wasn't the result of trolling, but was the perfect storm of autism, poor impulse control, Chris's obsession with Sonic (which goes waaaaaaaaaaaaay back and is quite well documented) and pure stupidity.

Chris's other recent run-ins with the law, over blarms, defacing store property (Magic Mike) etc. likewise had nothing to do with trolling. This was all Chris.

Chris was suspended from PVCC and banned from several local business establishments well before the trolls discovered him. There is no basis for the reporter to demonstrate a causal relationship between these incidents and Chris's trolls.

The only explanation I can think of that might explain her presence, is that she's expecting Chris trolls to show up at the court date (she was probably filled in by Barb, Rocky, or Chris himself) and she's hoping to ambush them, get them on film, try to get them to do an interview etc.

Because it's pretty much the only time "trolls" are going to be in any kind of physical proximity to Chris outside of pure blind chance. The only reason there's even video on the Internet of the actual incident that led to this case was Chris tarded out so spectacularly and publicly, for no predictable reason at all, that someone who just happened to be there took video of it.

That person wasn't a "troll" and had no prior contact with Chris.

If that person isn't there in some official capacity acting completely legitimately, they're trying to provoke something they can use, at least if they're confronting people. Reporters shouldn't confront.

In any event, there is nothing whatsoever to be gained by responding to provocation.

Who is The Lady In Red?

Or an agent of The Autistrix?

Peter's letters
the letter dijo:
However, the trolls/cyberbullies who continue to make Mr. Chandler’s life a living Hell continue to remind him to his face of his past indiscretions and are convinced that he—along with all other people with autism—will “never learn their lesson”, thus perpetuating stereotypes about such people to their detriment.

I don't think any of us here seriously think all people with autism are incapable of learning. The guy also apparently doesn't know that many on the Farms are on the spectrum themselves.

Heh! I just realized that Peter neglected to use Chris' preferred pronouns. :tomgirl:

I like the link to Alekhine's Defense on that video.

For those thinking of going to the next court date, maybe just consider not getting videos at all? If it draws unwanted attention and makes you nervous. Telling ppl you got it but are reluctant to show it outside the inner circle for reasons, makes them feel left out and they pout. We all like videos, but they seem to have become a point of contention and anxiety.

Maybe double-teaming the journalist/social worker/whatever would work a lot better. (I vote to keep calling her the scoldy woman..it fits so well w/the kiwifarms.net) So far, two different Kiwians have been confronted by 2 different ppl on 2 different occasions; it's reasonable to assume it will happen a third time. This one deliberately back-tracked to confront Ramm, so they're ready and waiting.

For my part, I enjoyed reading heyyyJackiePie's detailed reports a lot. If that's more comfortable for court attendees, maybe that would work.

"A violent confrontation"?!

Is he seriously this paranoid about his "Trolls are worse than Nazis" delusion?

I like how he opens his letter by listing his mental disorders.

Because seriously, if you're trying to appear credible, listing your mental disorders listed in the DSM-V manual really emphasizes, and underlines with a big black Crayon, that you're someone who should be taken seriously.

That's how you should open every letter you write. If you don't have any mental disorders, you should not even bother writing letters.

Some law intern is going to open that letter, finish the first paragraph and throw it out.

Chris will throw it out without even opening it.
