Like all good things it grew out of some ERP general on there. Basically, you install "femdom malware" that takes complete control of your computer. There's supposedly a findom version that makes you send money with your paypal account. A real human bean is behind it so it's not just a bot that does all this either. Here's the thread where I learned about it (archive).

That is how I interpret it. Feral cats are a huge nuisance, not just to the apartments but to the environment as a whole (they are an invasive species and they kill native species of birds and rodents in huge numbers). However, locking them in there just to starve is pretty cruel. They should have gotten them out of the crawlspace somehow and then boarded it up. Or board it up but put a trap in there to trap them and then have them euthanized.
