It's almost surreal to open /pol/ nowadays.

/pol/ has been basically dead for years but still had a couple tolerable generals (like the UKpol general) until 2020 or so. Now it's just a wasteland. The only "good" (and it isn't good) thing you could say about it now is maybe it's okay if you're into interracial cuck porn.

I posted this in a DM so I might as well post it here.

I got banned from /r9k/ recently with no specific reason specified:

I didn't get any warning or redirected to the ban page. Straight up silently banned. The only way I found out about it was from me trying to post something in a thread, that's when the message popped up. Considering this is /r9k/ were talking about, I've probably done something pretty heinous to get banned. However, the one of the last things I did on there was argue with a baiting nigger in a thread about the teenaged tranny that jumped off a bridge that everyone, outside of troons, made fun of (burntefishie):

This is everything I said in that thread. Nothing about these posts are disruptive or bad. Literally, the only possible thing I've could've done wrong was hurt the feelings of some tranny-janny because they're mad they will never be a real woman. NOTHING, I mean nothing, else I posted in other threads could've gotten me banned, besides hurting a jan-jan's feelings but none of them could've done that since they weren't on the scale of these ones. It's only these posts that could've offended a janny.

The only positive thing about 4chan being an unmoderated, dead site is that niche boards like /vp/ are pretty much a free-for-all most of the day and mods usually check in only a few times daily if they even bother. There is a good thread there occasionally, better than the dogshit Pokemon one here and even blacked.moe now has a /vp/ board as well. You take what you can get, "big" boards like /v/ or /pol/ are just straight up wastes of time, however.

The sad part is that /trash/ is unironically the only good board left. I took a quick peek a few weeks ago and there were no schizos and everyone was having quality conversations.

Mixed bag, it can either be full of pedo/furry threads or you might find some stealth threads where people are having decent conversations with one another. Usually, that only happens when they are bullied out of other boards by mods, for example when SCP Secret Laboratory and Snoot Game threads were banished from /v/.
