I’m starting to realize the reason I hated 4chan the last few years wasn’t just the tranny jannies, /pol/tards, Indians, and bots, but also the handful of actual people who were still posting were similar to people ITT.

I'm leaning towards not going back just thinking of how much worse this thread would be on 4chan. Thinking of how many communities I once liked are just not worth the effort of filtering all the garbage just for one or two occasional good discussions.

Yeah, that’s where I’m at as well. The good thing that came out of this hack was I actually evaluated why I was still using 4chan. Mostly just habit after nearly 20 years, but I couldn’t find a reason beyond that. The boards I used have long since become garbage. Every day you’re just hoping for a diamond in the rough. I don’t think it’s worth the amount of time you spend to find it.

Because there’s almost no other place to go that isn’t equally bad or worse. This place isn’t bad when you guys can lay off the schizobabble and take your meds.
