The current state of the site is abysmal, the 15 minute timer on posts really doesn't do much to stop spam seeing as the ones shitting up threads know how to evade bans, also the "discourse" has been so thoroughly deluded to the point it is now where every user just throws buzzwords around without adding something of value to discussions.

I've told 8chan users that 4chan still had the advantage of a larger userbase, slightly less shitty moderation and a bigger variety of threads than the corpse known as The Webring has to offer. I might have to eat my words pretty soon, it's looking like the 'cuck might be an ever worse shithole than the modern day altchans soon. Even reddit might be looking more attractive at this rate, lmao.

Been seeing some recent fairly new variants pop up more often like dubbbzjak, stbfcjak and sub variants like the mullet soyboy ‘jaks.
Besides meximutt and even amerimutt is often edited and post are made that has nothing to do with country wars. Anyway countrywars aren’t anything new, going back to early 2023.

Dubbbzjak is a gem, but stbfcjak is coal. I get bad vibes from it, between the Flartson similarities and exploitable image. It feels like the worst type of coal that normies would latch onto.

Most Meximutt edits I've seen that aren't mocking Satoko_Houjou_Fan are coal. Amerimutt is a good 'riant, so I don't mind it taking off, but its root in countrywars must be acknowledged.
 
Still so fascinating to me how /b/ which was once the beating heart of 4chan the very reason most people even found it is just nothing now. Just completely and utterly irrelevant. I was never a /b/tard so I don't really have that much nostalgia for it I just find it interesting.

I was there to see it die. Coomers ruined the board, and then turned it into a shithole. This right here is the real beginning of the downfall, GamerGate was just the point where most users got the memo.
I have hated porn addicts ever since the fappening, there is nothing good that ever comes from them and they ruin everything they touch. Just look how much more degenerate our society is since internet porn has more or less been made mainstream and the concept of "kink shaming" arose. Since troons are more or less all porn addicts, they are a direct result of this as well, to an extent. End case scenario is someone like goonclown, then the minors they groom become even more fucked up and the cycle continues.
Porn addicts are cancer, it really shouldn't surprise anyone they ended up killing the site and made half of it a glorified porn dump.

Of course, it didn't contain shit and this is how we got the cancerous culture that grew and grew on the site until we got troon mods, porn and social media bleeding into every board and soft, stupid posters that treat 4chan as "edgy reddit".
Then I got to re-live this lovely experience a second time when I saw what remained of the 8chan splinters all commit seppuku for various reasons. One of the more promising, 8chan.moe, killed itself not just from being filled to the brim with coomers but the most degenerate kind due to lack of any supervision and being relatively unknown: Lolicon, /delicious/ which is the western variant of lolicon, zoophilia, interracial porn, diapers and of course, if the site owner would have his way, pictures of real children. All that, along with more "mundane" pornography being posted casually killed any potential the site had. It's maddening how so many people only see imageboards as yet another bookmark when they go gooning.

That is the point, to get you to stop posting. They are trying to fundamentally reshape the board culture because they are asshurt about the resistance movements born there. /v/ was a hot bed for talking about DEI tranny's censoring games and making man jaws of the game characters. Now you get a 1 day ban for "off topic go to /pol/ to discus this" Funnelling it all in to a containment zone.
Sliding threads they want gone off the boards """"""organically"""""" is much easier, when it takes 15 mins for anyone to post in the thread.
