I've complained a bunch about 4chan in this thread so I'll say some good things about it. /mu/ album chart threads introduced me to a bunch of bands I had never heard of and likely never would have come across if I hadn't used 4chan. /v/ and /vr/ introduced me to emulation and more obscure video games. I learned a decent amount about history and geography on /pol/.

gookmoot doesn't give a single damn about the state of 4chan as long as the site just makes him a small profit per month. He stopped pretending to care years ago.
