Alt chans really do attract pedophiles for whatever reason. Soyjack.party has huge issues with people posting CP and it going unreported for hours at a time. I think 420chan is the only major altchan I can think of that was really good at keeping pedophiles away.

I think soyjaks.party improved after the last owner left in mid August, or atleast It has for me since I havn't seen CP since he left the site. But with pedophiles it really does seem to be an issue on alt-chans, 8chan.moe I think is ran by one iirc and one I used early in the year called Heyuri has a big issue with pedophiles out in the open with CP sometimes staying up for hours.

Does anyone have evidence regarding who the discord trannies raiding /v/ all the time actually are? I absolutely believe that the most obnoxious posts are coordinated-- like the Shazamtrannies that make a sport of shitting on games from as many angles as possible hoping something will stick. They have a formula, where they find new arguments for why the latest game is bad and then circulate them until they get worn out, then all hop to a new one. They also use reaction images to make their replies more visible. If I know trolls, there's probably some kind of signature style they bury in there to show off, some common theme.

The latest AI art stuff is absolutely coordinated too, it's exactly like the fligu-gigu shit in YLYL threads, it's an attempt to ruin the board by making threads suck.

How do they recruit new people to their faggotry? Are they even pulling in /v/ users, or is it people that they meet on their own? I imagine it's a single gang of 5-10 Isabella Janke style teen fuckheads who are putting a disproportionate amount of effort into it and who are absolutely deranged and cringe behind closed doors. Given how lax moderation has gotten, it only takes a couple dedicated posters or one good bot to permanently fuck up a board.

As someone who does believe there are coordinated raids from discord trannies, you're stretching their impact to just anything you dislike.

People are using ai tools because they're new, you can make funny shit or whatever else you want with minimal effort, and they keep evolving. I don't see what specifically is tranny behavior here. I'm also doubting the shazamposters have much to do with them.

A: New AI threads are being created while old ones are still near the top of the catalogue. This started 2 days ago, and swelled to a high post volume immediately rather than starting with just a few. They all follow the same format, with just a random image of some character, not even doing something funny. They're all low effort and don't try to pretend they're on-topic the way that random users would make them. They're essentially baiting the jannies to ban them.

B: Shazamtrannies are people that try really hard to convince you that a game they haven't played is bad by adopting the same arguments the other Shazamtrannies use. That's insane, pointless behavior, because the only effect it has is making the board shittier. We already have proof that the ylyl people are coordinating to achieve the same goal, so it's not a stretch to assume the Shazamtrannies are doing the same thing. It's not politically motivated-they only target popular new games that people are excited for, and give a pass for objectively faggier/more pozzed games that aren't new even if they still have threads. See: they shit on BG3 constantly but never WOTR, which has threads and is 10x as pozzed.

Basically, I think that 4chan is a lot smaller than people intuit it to be, and when I see a pattern of posts which only serve to make the board shittier, follow a formula, and cluster towards a specific type of thread people enjoy like ylyl threads or hype threads for new games, I assume it's coordinated. There's clearly a genre of troll that just wants to ruin 4chan by shitting up other people's threads or by starting bait threads which they then pile onto to produce the illusion of engagement. It's exactly the kind of thing I'd expect an ILJ style "I'm such a mastermind" troll to attempt.

Yeah the AI thing I wouldn't say is discord raiders. There were threads early in the year for the Evanlabs when that was new so I'm guessing it's just a similer thing to that.

Most of the soyjak edits being made by one guy is just something I can't see as being true, they're just so easy to make anyone can put them together which is why they got so popular, anyone could make one to suit something specific they were making fun of/an emotion they wanted expressed in a meme. It's just too easy for someone to say 'yeah I got comm'd to do all this, and it was specifically some scat fetishist diaperfur that did it. He also paid me 1 grand'.
