[26-Mar-2020] Philip's 341 Creditor Meeting - When what should be 5 minutes becomes an eternity.

Probably two reasons as to why he avoids the word “money:”

1. To keep up the appearance he’s doing this for the “love of the games” and giving validity to the bullshit commentary that he’s not in it for the money but because he loves his job.

2. A person only has to listen to the 341 meeting and realize how deluded Dark has become when it comes to tips. He’s so genuinely scared of calling his donations by a word that could designate them as income, his gout-riddled brain might actually believe that if he calls them donations or tips, it’s not money but it’s a charitable contribution because people “like the content he’s creating.”

I side with #1 more. Dark is so obsessed in not appearing money hungry (even though that’s all he’s become known for these last few years), he just wants to appear as a guy who streams for the sake of it, not because he wants money

Just another hypocritical trait of his that’s out for everyone to see while thinking he’s being smart and deceiving everyone at the same time.

They probably also won't be happy with Midfirst's attempts to put a competing lien on their property
Again, not to be a broken record, but MidFirst‘s lien would be secondary to the mortgage. The only way they‘d see a cent is if the mortgage holder is made whole first so I don’t think it’s very competitive or hostile for either party. There is not a lot of risk to the mortgage holder...

Phil has had a years long habit of not saying the word "money" when he can help it.

i.e. "They do it for this" rubs fingers together

The way Phil explains things to normies is the biggest problem. It got him in trouble with his college professor/tax preparer/CPA/tax attorney. Now it's going to get him in trouble with the Bankruptcy attorney.

He has to obsificate everything, even to people he should be straight forward with.

He can't even be straight forward under oath in a hearing.
I don't think Phil understands that the way he speaks seems condescending to most people, and beyond that it turns a simple statement into an incorrect one because he doesn't know what the words he says actually mean.
"Paypal is an ahnline currency system" lol wut?

Phil refuses to understand that his problems could be fixed by internalizing one phrase. "I'm not as smart as I think I am." That goes for money management, business management, marketing and anything law related. That's why he isn't losing his shit like most of us would be if we were in his shoes. He thinks he got over, because ignorance is bliss.

How can one not understand when you call anyone that doesn't 100% blow you and throw money at you, a morahn, idiot, etc... is not condescending?

Someone who has constructed a virtual bubble where he can ignore/reject all criticism with little effort and leave only the people who pat his ass behind. It's more or less an accelerated version of the internet's tendency to aggregate into like-minded areas, but basically just one dude.

Sounds liked detractor talk to me.

Phil's spent YEARS where his only social interaction is a failing relationship with a girlfriend/wife and being forced to play video games for roughly 500 actual autists.

I don't think Phil has interacted with enough normal people to NOT immediately treat everyone he talks to as a moron because the closest thing to a conversation he has is people tipping him bullshit.

So I know I’m super late on this but I was listening to Nick Rikieta’s stream of the 341 Meeting and I hadn’t noticed Nancy asking probably the most pertinent question of the meeting: what Dark considers as a business expense.

He listed everything we thought of could be listed as an expense associated with streaming and Phil personally stated that video games, subscriptions, consoles, and microtransactions constitutes the bulk of his business expenses.

Two things: nowhere did he claim that his personal expenses were included as his business expenses which is clear he did in his bankruptcy filing, and second, most importantantly, does Phil seriously have the audacity to pass his gacha transactions as legitimate business expenses?

I was floored when I heard that statement. Just fucking floored. There’s no way Nancy isn't going to scrutinize such claims and realize that nowhere is he spending upwards of $5,000 a month in the context in which he defined his business expenses under.

I thought DSP to be one of the stupidest persons I’ve ever seen. But if he’s really trying to offset his gambling addiction as business expenses, he’s the ballsiest person I’ve ever met.

But super telling that Phil is more scared of trolls than he is of the Federal Government.

He’s the cow that never stops on giving.

Remember Rekieta's reaction to hearing him speak and pigsplain things for probably the first time. "Does he speak like this all the time? It's very annoying". Normie Nick picked up on his speaking habits right away and thought he was annoying at best, an arsehole at worst. If there is something that can be said in 5 words, Phil will take 50. He is either like the kid who didn't do his work and is making shit up on the fly or someone who thinks he's talking to idiots, but instead of dumbing it down, he complicates it to show off how brilliant he is.

Phil thinks (correctly) that the courts are usually run by intelligent and reasonable people. He also thinks (incorrectly) that he is intelligent and reasonable. In his oddly shaped head he probably thinks the courts love his highbrow content, completely see where he's coming from, and will just write off 500k debt from him then and there. They'll also give him a round of applause and subscribe to his Twitch channel, such is the strength of his galaxy brain case. Of course he's more scared of trolls than courts - in his head, he's finally among his own class of people.
