Men who have fucked up hormones level (from obesity perhaps) can produce milk if they regularly stimulate their breasts (which is no doubt something Chris does).This is a good time to mention that on every page in this subforum it mentions the following.
That said, I think that his "milk from the nipples" is likely infected pus. Either way, question is if he's drinking it.

You know with most piercing related things I normally just roll my eyes and tell them saline solution is their saviour.
But this. Holy hell.
If Chris is trying to use alcohol to cure this he'd get better results just straight up setting it on fire. Didn't Chris' un-clit migrate? That could explain why it's so far up from his arse crack. If he never cleaned the wound properly it will have scarred; Chris will have undoubted kept picking at it which will have meant re-infection, more scar tissue, more infection etc etc. Eventually it will have built up to this point, and as it's been said before it's likely he's developed an abscess as well. If he doesn't see a doctor within a week or so he could be in serious trouble.

Is it right to see this line as classic attention seeking? Like he actually does desire paparazzi and wider public attention for this magical transformation?
I can't think of why he would post a picture otherwise.
Hopefully it reaches a healthcare professional at least.

There are more tactful ways to say that.
Just like the "why does the LGBT hate trannies thread", Chris has no idea this will not change his life or the opinion people will have of him. HRT (in feminizing amounts) is going to make him more unstable and liable to lash out even worse than before. I give Chris 1 more year to a year and a half at the most for any kind of stability. Chris is obviously also Histrionic, that under the desk slip was meant to wrack up attention so he could reveal to the world his Staph infected hole. Chris is dumb but he is not that dumb.

Actually, if Chris isn't just going insane and seeing things that aren't there, it's probably just hormones triggering the mammary glands. Men still actually have them, the body just never has a reason to turn them on. Chris's body is fucked up enough I wouldn't doubt it, and there's a variety of medical conditions (none of them good), that can induce it. I mean god knows how fatty Chris's liver is at this point.
