Some news outlets like the WSJ are proclaiming Fujimori the victor, citing pollsters & projections that the remaining ballots came from Fujimorist strongholds like Lima and thus, that her currently razor thin lead will hold or even expand as said last ballots are taken into account. Looks like 4th time's the charm for this Japandean princess & that the Latin American left will be eating another L after Venezuela, and before Colombia's own second round election next week.
