Attorney General Pam Bondi announced that 25 more arrests had been made in connection with the storming of Cities Church by anti-U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agitators last month.

"Today, [the Justice Department] unsealed an indictment charging 30 more people who took part in the attack on Cities Church in Minnesota," Bondi wrote on X. "At my direction, federal agents have already arrested 25 of them, with more to come throughout the day."

"YOU CANNOT ATTACK A HOUSE OF WORSHIP. If you do so, you cannot hide from us — we will find you, arrest you, and prosecute you. This Department of Justice STANDS for Christians and all Americans of faith," she added.

Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) Director Kash Patel said that the arrests showed that the bureau would not tolerate people carrying out attacks against those worshiping peacefully.

"Today’s FACE Act arrests with our federal partners show this FBI will never tolerate those who target, attack, or intimidate Americans peacefully exercising their right to worship freely," Patel said in a statement to Fox News Digital.

"To date, 39 individuals have been indicted over their role in the January 18th targeting on Cities Church — with multiple arrests already occurring last month including Don Lemon. Thanks to our FBI Minneapolis team for their tremendous work, as well as great HSI partners and Attorney General Bondi’s DOJ for their relentless pursuit of justice," Patel added.

In the indictment, which was unsealed on Friday, it is alleged that the agitators took part "in a coordinated takeover-style attack and engaged in acts of oppression, intimidation, threats, interference, and physical obstruction."

"As a result of [the] defendants’ conduct, the pastor and congregation were forced to terminate the church’s worship service, congregants fled the church building out of fear for their safety, other congregants took steps to implement an emergency plan, and young children were left to wonder, as one child put it, if their parents were going to die," the indictment reads.

The indictment alleges that the group "conspired and agreed with one another to oppress, threaten, and intimidate multiple persons, including the clergy, staff, and congregants of the Cities Church."

The indictment states that Armstrong, Allen, Strong and Cullars-Doty, along with others, "organized" the disruption, which they dubbed "Operation Pullup." They allegedly promoted it through Instagram and Facebook. The defendants allegedly met at a shopping center prior to the church disruption to coordinate it, the indictment says.

"Once at the Church, all of the defendants entered the Church to conduct a takeover-style attack and engaged in various acts in furtherance of the conspiracy," the indictment reads.

The defendants are also accused of "aiding and abetting one another, by use of force, threat of force, and physical obstruction, intentionally injured, intimidated, and interfered with, and attempted to injure, intimidate, and interfere with multiple persons" who were merely trying to worship.

On Jan. 18, several anti-ICE agitators stormed Cities Church to protest federal immigration enforcement operations in Minneapolis. The agitators were heard in videos chanting "Justice for Renee Good," referencing the fatal shooting of the 37-year-old at the hands of federal agents.

The Trump administration quickly took action and launched a probe into the matter, saying the incident was a violation of the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act. Several arrests have been made since the federal probe was opened.

The highest profile arrest was former CNN anchor Don Lemon, who allegedly followed the agitators into the church and spoke with the pastor. Lemon appeared to be speaking to Cities Church lead pastor Jonathan Parnell, as per an image on the church's website.

"This is unacceptable, it's shameful. It's shameful to interrupt a public gathering of Christians in worship," the pastor said when Lemon asked for his reaction to the crowd storming the church. "I have to take care of my flock."

Lemon was charged with conspiracy to deprive religious freedom rights and a violation of the FACE Act. He was arraigned on Feb. 13 and pleaded not guilty.

Fox News Digital reached out to HSI and the DOJ for comment.

They met at a shopping center beforehand for a briefing.

A local journalist gave them the info about the "ICE overseer" being the pastor.


They scouted the location beforehand, in person and recorded it.


They shared the scouting video and discussed the operation via text messages.


Armstrong made a flyer to promote the operation.


Other conspirators also shared flyers.


Armstrong is informed the day prior that Don Lemon will show up.

The anxiety Jacque Wilson felt when Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents increased their presence in the state, and in particular, the Twin Cities, came over her like a wave.


“I felt like they could be at any intersection as I was driving to work,” Wilson tells APTN News.


Wilson says her fear of ICE is part of blood memories of the state taking Indigenous people from their families. Wilson is from the Bois Forte Band of Chippewa in northern Minnesota.


“My mother was sent to boarding school. My dad was too,” she says. “Their identity was threatened, as well as ours.”


ICE is reviving this trauma.


Wilson is responsible for many, including grandchildren she helps raise. The fear of ICE has affected these children.


“My boys don’t go to school anymore,” says Wilson.


She says they instead attend school online because they’re too afraid to leave home.


“They’re little brown boys, or red or whatever you want to call them,” she says. “They don’t go anywhere unless we go with them.”

ICE has been arresting and detaining people across the country. Native Americans and other U.S. citizens have been scooped up in these operations. Wilson sees the impacts and fear created by these seizures stemming from loved ones outside of her family.


She’s the coordinator of the Minnesota Chippewa Tribe Community Centre in Southside Minneapolis. This is located in the area some call the Native corridor of Minneapolis. Wilson says she’s speaking to APTN on behalf of her own experiences, and not the community centre.


The community centre offers services for Indigenous and non-Indigenous community members, including food baskets. Wilson says the numbers of those coming to seek baskets has reduced since ICE increased its presence in Minneapolis.


“One day I was going to work, and I heard the whistles,” says Wilson. For many in Minnesota, whistles are used to alert others of the presence of ICE.


“Here I was going out the door and walking in one direction, and my neighbors were all coming out, walking in the other direction towards the whistles,” she says. “For me, I felt a little bit guilty because I wasn’t going in that direction to protect whatever was going on, but I also had this building and our people that come here.”


Wilson says approximately 500 to 600 tribal members are located in the seven-county area. Part of Wilson’s important work is being an ear to those in need and also providing material forms of support.


This includes offering Tribal identification.


Wilson says in one day alone, the Minnesota Chippewa Tribe Community Centre handed out 85 Tribal IDs. The centre works with Tribal Councils to offer those in need of a Tribal ID to obtain one through the centre, instead of having to commute hours to their Reservation.


Elder Tina Yellow says many Indigenous people are hiding to avoid being profiled and detained by ICE agents.


“They’re stalking areas where we are. They’ve taken Natives into custody, and they’ve refused to let them go,” she says. “And now they’re killing white people, that’s what it took to get national attention, a white man got killed.” Yellow is referring to the death of Alex Pretti, a 37-year-old American intensive care nurse for the United States Department of Veterans Affairs. Pretti was shot and killed by ICE agents in Minneapolis on Jan. 24.


Wilson is mentoring others through a work experience program, including Annalissa Medina. Medina’s brother-in-law was taken by ICE in December.


“His children suffered a lot, especially the first, the first month he was away,” says Medina. “The first son had tried to commit suicide, and then still struggled even to continue school.”


She says eventually all three of his children switched to online learning because it was too stressful for them to leave the house.


Her brother-in-law is Mexican. The children are mixed Mexican-Bois Forte Ojibwe.


“He was in [the detention centre] for two months, and the children just went without seeing him, even through a virtual call, which [ICE] usually would provide but didn’t,” says Medina. “The lawyers didn’t do anything for him.”

Finally, he received the support of lawyers. After two months, he was released in mid-February.


Wilson says intergenerational trauma, being brought up, looks like the fear being instilled in Indigenous people from ICE’s raids. But for Wade Keezer, who is White Earth and Leech Lake Ojibwe, trauma is seen in how the community is responding.


“There’s a lot of greed that’s going on, a lot of GoFundMes out there, send us supplies. But how is this helping our community overall?”

He says both Tribal Councils and non-Indigenous governance are not doing enough to make Indigenous people feel supported during this time.


“We’re not the ones who’ve ever decided what goes on in this country or up in Canada. Never,” he says. “We don’t have a seat at the table.”


“Maybe things would be different if they had actually honored and respected the people that were here first,” says Keezer. “But they haven’t.”


How does Wilson cope through the stress of ICE’s presence and its effects on her loved ones?


“I just pray a lot. It seems like I’m praying all the time,” Wilson says. “Praying for somebody, everybody. I’m proud of our strength because that’s what it takes, strength and courage.”

It's so odd how it's only been two months since the Renee Good incident. It feels like several months went by but it's only been two. All I can conclude from these two months is that all of this is merely a repeat of BLM when it came to trying to shut down police officers and lessen their activity for the sake of "protecting black lives". Even though all it ended up only doing was either worsening things (more crime happening as a result of police being told to not intervene) or unintentionally beneficial outcomes that completely contradicts everything the movement proclaimed and stood for (glorious body cams we all watch at least once).

I wonder if we'll get similar outcomes for ICE? After all, immigration is still a hot topic and actively serious issue that needs to be handled unlike white-on-black violence, which is much lower and infrequent than getting struck my lightning. Notice how BLM never acknowledged black-on-black crime, or acknowledged how black people usually influence themselves into committing crimes and even encouraging it via their culture/standards?

It's the same with the ICE protests. Almost no one acknowledges what illegal immigration can do to a country, or how serious it can affect the native population overtime. They don't care because like with BLM, they were told it's a GOOD thing. NEVER question black queens. NEVER question immigration. NEVER question why your country's benefiting a middle aged guy from Somalia and not your own native family who's barely making ends meet. We got kids genuinely trembling in fear when an ICE agent enters their school because they were told that law enforcements were gonna kidnap and gun down their friends and family. Just like what BLM proclaimed when it came to being black, that some random white officer's gonna glare at you for two milliseconds before blasting you because of the color of your skin.

It's another brazen attempt at stifling American trust, and boy, did it do a real good job at that. BLM got away with neary $100M out of ruining racial bonds for the sake of feeling they're reenacting 1966. Ruined any real criticism of minorities and any wrongdoing up until Trump's reelection when people were finally able to be vocal about them. For ICE, I don't know what will happen aside from the usual "making people go against the law further and creating more Renee Goods/Alex Prettis".
