Because Millenial writers don't give a shit about the lore of the subject matter and just make shit up to fit their narrative. Millennial writers also don't care about context either. For example, the Blue shirts in the American civil war are ICE today. The protestors against them are Grey Shirt rebels if we are using a 1 to 1 analogy. ICE are armed forces of the Union bringing to heel a State that assumes the laws of the Union do not apply to them. The Minneapolis protestors believe the authority of the Union is an unjust Tyranny depriving them and their countrymen of rights that should be guaranteed.

I don't bother arguing or rebutting. I just tell them the only crime that happened that night was Grosskreutz wasn't fatally shot and bled out on the street slowly because EMT's couldn't get to him fast enough due to the ongoing riot.
I really have no sympathy for these people anymore. So every video they post on twitter or youtube about ICE excesses, either it being them getting killed or having their hands blown off by flashbangs just makes me want more. I wonder how long its going to take the handlers of these street protestors to realize that there are millions of people just like me who don't care as well. We don't want to hear the debate anymore. We want to see the government kill these people.

it is legal, the idea that it is illegal comes from someone asking Grok about the legality which then churned out this bullshit response by scrubbing the Internet for answers, the origin this "Policy analysis" is from anti-gun violence organization (Every Town for Gun Safety) which is referring to select areas (i.e. certain government buildings where it's illegal to bring a gun inside) and protests which people are construing to mean there's a state-wide ban on bringing guns to protests because the AI told them so.
