the first video i saw is from the other side of the street, and the other videos that i've seen are all so shit quality you literally cannot see what color the gun is, let alone its shape. in the video i took those screenshots from, you can watch the ICE officer reach over and take out the gun from the holster. i still can't see any evidence that the p320 was actually fired.
he also wasn't executed. he started every single confrontation that led to what happened, and the gun going off, if it was his, was also an extremely unlucky thing to have happen, and one of the explicit reasons why we have the burden of reasonable people. if a reasonable person would be found to have acted the same way, IE using your firearm when you believe you're being shot at, you are not guilty of a crime like this. it is not for any of us to decide, whether we have an opinion or not, but a jury of his peers at this point. regardless of ANY other circumstances, this is also exactly why we have a jury system at all.
