There's also footage of another much clearer perspective of the shooting(apologies for the reddit link, they are doing a far better job than the farms)
In this video it is clear that the first shot is fired by the officer who draws his pistol for no apparent reason and then shoots the guy while both his hands are still on the ground.
After the first shot is fired the man springs up in panic and is mag dumped by the surrounding obesity suffering ICE agents.
Absolutely fucking embarrassing showing from ICE, an entire squad of people required to restrain an unarmed man and then they blow him away for no reason.

have fun fighting for the rights of illegal spics and niggers, i guess. if you bring a gun to a protest even for something positive you're almost certainly going to get arrested. you have the right to PEACEFUL protest, and i think people often forget that bringing deadly weapons to peaceful gatherings immediately changes how they're scene under judicial and executive lenses. you do not get to escalate the situation to the presence of a deadly weapon if there was not one. it's the same principle that changes a fistfight into attempted murder when you pull out a gun and shoot someone who had not put you in any danger of your life.
the second best solution to not wanting gun violence visited on you while performing an activity that the police WILL be involved in is not having the gun on you. the first is to simply not be there in the first place. anyone out protesting these ICE pickups is literally defending the idea that we should not enforce our own normal laws that every single other country on earth does. they also have absolutely no reason to bring a gun, because the group they're protesting isn't a civilian right-wing group with their own guns, it's the federal government, who have a monopoly on force by law. there is no reason to bring a gun to any protest against the police, because it is going to get you arrested at best, and shot at worst.
there is no reason to protest the removal of illegal immigrants, and i will absolutely lecture other people on the morality of suicidal empathy when they produce evidence they are going to enforce that suicidal empathy on me and my family, which do not want these things. you don't get to protest to force myself and my family to deal with more niggers nigging, and more spics spiccing, without people not being upset if the gun you brought for no reason was then discharged and caused you to be ventilated. he is absolutely right, it's the exact same shit as renee good. there were a hundred steps before the ICE shooting, and all of them were her or her dyke wife's fault, up to and including chasing around law enforcement as they enforce the law.

You know protests usually have multiple opposing groups, right? So as long as one group wants to "start shit" you'll stay away. It's fine if your policy is to only show up places you know are absolutely safe and there will be no conflict. It becomes insufferable when you start lecturing other people on your lifestyle. For a lot of these people, the "violent protests "are showing up at their home or place of work without invitation.

The first shot happens about 1/4 of a second after gray jacket fed takes the gun, there is no way the firing officer could have known that from his viewpoint and has no way to know that that was the only weapon on the retard
