HOWEVER, for an officer of the law (federal or local) to stop you because you are carrying a gun you are legally allowed to as a US citizen to do so, they would be directly interfering with the 2nd amendment. Especially if the guy was just filming them and not threatening them (which seems to be the case thus far)
