Ok. I'm somewhat sure that this is the McDonalds in Uptown in Minneapolis. But someone
should fact-check me as well.
The reason this McDonalds has a security guard is that post-George Floyd, the uptown
area of Minneapolis has had endless problems with street crime and people of a certain
shade causing problems. Uptown used to be a playground for the rich and generally
white in Minneapolis. But its not what it used to be.
I'm fairly sure that this is the same McDonalds that announced back in December that
it was locking its doors during business hours and hiring security to deter crime.

And by "deter crime", what it inevitably meant at that location is keeping black people out
