You're largely right but I want to add that the post-Southport riots were very widespread and there were areas with elements of the latter. From memory: Sunderland burnt down a police station, Liverpool burnt down a library, Middlesborough had groups of white lads going around (presumably) immigrant houses/areas smashing the windows in. There were also places (forget where) that were doing racial car checkpoints too. And areas like Rotherham came close to burning down a migrant hotel.
Nowhere was as disciplined as Belfast (almost all of them had their faces out with phones all around ffs) but the elements were already here on the mainland to some degree 2 years ago.
