The Catholic church is essentially dead in Ireland and pretty much has been for 2 decades. People still go through the motions of getting kids baptized, communions, confirmations etc.(it's an excuse to have a party/family get-together) but if you went to mass on Sunday it's mostly filled with people who will be up in front of the altar in a wooden box in the next couple of years.

I'm sure the whole thing is doing better up in Nordieland because they are stuck 50 years in the past compared to Ireland.

Sinn Fein are permanent opposition-bench whingers in Ireland and are just collecting their wages from the UK for doing nothing in the North. Pretty much a joke of a political party that gave the ex-terrorists and their families jobs after they got fed up of killing people because it wasn't very profitable.
All I really care is if you will join in removing the niggers, sandniggers and pajeets everywhere in the West.

I had a personal conversation regarding these riots that made me ill.
I spoke with a left wing friend of mine who was incredibly distressed at the treatment of the innocent refugees being attack in Europe over this killing. I asked if she saw the video of the guy being attacked by Sudanese migrant. She said no, but that doesn't matter because he will "have his day in court" and that it isn't a sin of all migrants.
"You can't just categorize people based on skin color and attack them."
Not sure how to reconcile this in my mind.
It's a woman, they don't think they just "feel". There's a reason the creator of most of the problems we face Edward Bernays started out with getting women to think a rock that can be endlessly replicated in a lab was worth money. Because women can be convinced of literally anything if you have enough people hired to chant it.

This is why every single leftist NGO is aimed towards women. Why every leftist protest is stacked with fat hogs. They never graduated from kindergarten. That's why every policy they push would fit right in with managing toddlers and they're baffled when it doesn't work with 34 year old Ngubu Mugebwe.

Fedoras desperately convincing themselves that the death of religion is some magical form of intellectual liberation as opposed to the rotting of cultural identity and moral unity will never not make me chuckle.

It's the same attitude every single time.
Basically even if you don't believe in God, if you're smart you realize that most religions teach an overarching set of principles that are desirable in civilized society and should be encouraged.

Encouraging atheism and abandoning positive values is peak midwittery.

One thing i always find odd about the hijab wearing girls: they literally all work in medical sector.

You'll never see one working in a supermarket or whatever.
Why scam your way into shit pay?

(Also women in medical fields are almost always insane, I can't even explain why. It's a noticeable pattern.)

Ugly retarded NIGGER is so used to watching men saw eachothers heads off in their third-world shithole country that they can't understand why real people would be horrified by it.

Anyhow, seems there's a collective straying from the thread topic (perhaps understandably), and UK state media have resumed regular programming.

A guy named David Betz at the Department of War Studies, King's College London has been ringing the alarm bells about this happening for a while. He caused some ripples last year by predicting a low intensity civil war in the UK due to fracturing society, evaporating social trust, and escalating violence along ethnic lines. His point was that the UK has probably already passed the point of no return, and meets most of the criteria which showed up before conflicts in Latin America, Yugoslavia, etc.

In his scenario, the cities become "feral", uncontrollable by the central government. He suggested that dedicated groups will eventually professionalize their actions by developing good opsec, and going after soft targets in a professional manner. In particular, he identified key civic infrastructure as soft targets motivated groups would eventually go after: gas mains, electricity substations, that kind of stuff. These facilities are barely protected in civilized society by more than a padlock and maybe a security camera, because nobody is expected to get ideas about them. His point is that at this point, the best the UK government can do is secure critical assets and hold on as it can.

He made persuasive, if dark points, and he's worth looking up. Here's the interview that grabbed my attention. Looks like there are more recent ones too.

I've listened to this guy before. This is a good one, and it will only take 7 minutes of your time. He uses phrases I've used already like peasants revolting and powder kegs. This 7 minutes really sums it up in a nutshell -

[3:17 minutes in if Time Stamp doesn't work]

To answer a previous posters question about more lethal or semi-lethal weapons being used, well, they might very well be. No one wants to be the first to up the ante. Once one does, the other will respond in kind. The difference is the revolting are serious about what they are doing, while for the defenders it's pretty much just a paid job with some extra overtime and these things usually go back to normal after a few days after letting the revolters / rioters let off a bit of steam.

David Betz mentions that the tools that will be used will be those such as you can find on a building site, angle grinders, torches, and whatnot. And don't forget to throw in the good ol' molotov cocktail in with those as well (I believe he mentioned these in another video if not in this specific one). The 'rioters' could have easily lit up those police land rovers last night but they chose not to. They are being disciplined. They have thought about this and their objectives. They also know what would probably happen if they swarmed those landrovers with liquid fire. You may not have seen them, but in those very land rovers are both non-lethal and lethal weapons. The former gets used first, such as in a petrol bomb attack, the latter gets used just after if that doesn't work, or god forbid, someone brings a real life gun to the party. They aren't stupid enough to risk a gun yet, but the molotovs are probably on stand by, or could easily be so, if desired.

This also plays in to what David Betz alludes to when he talks about hitting soft economic targets. Those landrovers cost a lot of money with all the kit in them. There was a reason the riot police they were carrying got out of those vehicles and were milling around and it wasn't just for a show of strength. No one wants to be in one of them when a barrage of molotovs come down. They could probably stand one or two, but I wouldn't want to push my luck with a serious barrage of them all focused on say the very front line vehicles (you can't reach the ones at the back). It's probably hot in there as well with all that riot kit on and they wanted to stretch their legs. Forgive me if I'm stating the obvious here.

Those revolters were prepared to dig up people's front patios to use bricks to throw and they caused a bit of confusion by burning down an old building with no one in it. All good soft targets that don't really up the ante but send a message. The police are sufficiently protected with their helmets and shields for pretty much most of those bricks being thrown, but still, it's potentially nasty.

In that situation, the minute the molotovs came out, would be the minute the bean bag and non-lethal stuff comes out. And as we've seen in similar sectarian skirmishes in places like Sanabis in Bahrain, those riot police are only too happy to aim those rubber bullet rounds (ironically enough) at people's eyes to blind them. Many such cases.

Outnumbered and overpowered, the revolters decided against this tactic. They had far more to lose than to gain in this instance, and this is why it didn't happen there last night. But there's always a different place tomorrow night, or tonight even. I believe the revolters have been emboldened. The police are hoping they'll just get bored and go away. And they might. We shall have to see. Like David Betz says about Powder Kegs, you never know where the spark that lights the tinder comes from, until after it's happened. There's too much chaos to begin to predict what will set this off to a new higher level of attrition.

And once real people get really hurt, they will either be beaten and submit, or it will be on to the next phase: petrol and fuel stations, power grid infrastructure, to name but two for example (his examples). He makes the point that they are soft targets, they don't take much to get them to blow if you know what you are doing, and the effect is devastating. These things are extremely hard and expensive to replace. If that can even be done at all when it actually reaches a civil war level.

The question is, will the coming civil war (that he predicts) be between the proddys and the taigs (catholics), or it will it be between the (proddys + taigs) and the (unwelcome immigrants+ govt.)? There has also been the groundwork laid with the lines being drawn between the two sides (proddys and taigs) and he sees that as a major warning sign and precursor to far worse 'troubles' if you'll excuse the pun. People have mentioned Yugoslavia - it happened there. I've mentioned Bahrain - it's happening there at this very moment. You can draw an easy parallel between the shi'ite muslims and the sunni muslims when comparing them to the proddys and the catholics. Both of the same religion, but both hate each other more than they do even people of other religions. Any one of those religions meeting a Buddhist would just think they were a bit silly and misguided, but any one of those religions meeting their sworn opposite would think they were seeing the devil incarnate and their blood enemy. Balkanization.

They bring in the street shitters from Baluchistan to police the shi'ite revolters in Sanabis in Bahrain, and they are more than happy enough to shoot little children in the eyes and blind them. Protest is the voice of the unheard, so they say. Those Shia (aligned with Iran) are 70 percent of the population, but it is the 30 percent Sunni that rule over them and have all the jobs, while they live in ghettos, and are routinely tortured and disappeared if they step out of line. The British provide the torture equipment and also the know-how with the torture methods - hell, they even provide the torturers sometimes that are ex-police officers. All of this is fact and not conjecture that is verifiable should you wish to look. And they called parts of The Troubles 'The Dirty War' - it's a Dirty World out there as far as I can see.

What is happening in Norn Iron has happened many times before, and is happening right now, and will keep happening again. It just comes down to just how oppressed the people really are I suppose. There's a housing crisis in Norn Iron even worse than what we have in the UK. Gerrymandering has always been rife, as it has been in Bahrain, for the sake of giving another random but consistent example. Same old song, tried and tested and true.

It really would not take a lot for those loyalists to up the ante on their own terms. But I doubt they would be so foolish to face the police head on. It would be organised, under cover of darkness, and down right dirty tactics that would be employed that the police and the govt. would be absolutely powerless to stop. Would that make their lives a bit more uncomfortable? Yeah, it would. It wouldn't just affect the enemy, it would impact on your own life and those you love and that are also vulnerable around you. This is probably why it hasn't been done yet, but that's not to say it couldn't be in a heartbeat. And that is why you saw the cops taking it easy on the revolters just mere feet away from them, pelting them with bricks and ripping wing mirrors of their land rovers. The juice wasn't worth the squeeze. That's a rioter you have to process and fuck that - who wants to be the one doing the paperwork on that? Besides, it might inflame an already inflammatory situation.

Enough words, obviously this is something I've looked in to as have others here, and while I think David Betz is maybe a little sensationist in his predictions and almost certainly his timelines, he raises a lot of good points that are food for thought. 7 minutes from the video above, should break it down nicely for anyone who hasn't really considered any of this before. And is curious about where this situation could potentially lead. If not tonight, then maybe tomorrow night, the night after... ???

Or maybe this will be seen as a good recce and they will go back and regroup and keep their powder dry. The police will breathe a sigh of relief. And the revolters will be waiting for the next spark that lights the tinder that blows the whole powder keg apart, knowing any day soon it will come, and they will be better prepared and able to bring about their objectives. They know only too well their enemy has used every single dirty trick in the book and they hate them and they want them dead and their children raped and they think it's funny. It's one rule for them and one rule for everyone else. Anarcho-Tyranny.

They are told that violence is not the answer, when it is nothing but sheer violence that is used against them. They aren't falling for the gaslighting anymore. Things have moved on to the next stage, that much is for sure. The only question is, where and when that spark will come from that takes it to the next level again...

Why else move there?
To conquer the enemy, and if that can't be achieved, then at least sponge off of them for a while.

There's a significant difference between searching for a new life and home for yourself and your loved ones, and being out to profit as much as possible before your unwilling host has had enough and tries to shake free of you.

Doesn’t he have a thread here?
Yes.
Gunther is hilarious because he's one of those endearing autismos where his obsessions are obvious, weird, and taken to the nth extreme without he himself coming off as anything but enthusiastic. He can have some terrible takes and you don't get mad because you're pretty sure there's zero malice behind it, you just wonder what convoluted logic path drew him to that conclusion.
