doing that is a very long process, it require a referendum and triggering one is a big pain in the ass way more harder with the congress full of chaviztas
also i found extremely strange he is putting a clip where Chavez say that they have to respect the time lapses (32 days) to start a new election, in this case is the clip where he assign Maduro as his sucessor

Personally i'd wish the USA would cock block venezuelan politicians from getting their filthy hands on any power or money for as long as possible.
