To clarify, the "Moloch" is the name of the child sacrifice itself, specifically child sacrifice of the firstborn son. There is no demonic entity of Moloch, there is no archaeological evidence supporting the belief that Moloch was a deity/entity/demon/spirit/etc. and the Moloch could have hypothetically be performed to any ancient deity. If these elites do worship something through blood magick, it could be tons of other supposed metaphysical beings other than this fictionalized Moloch character, like Samael, Asmodeus, Lilith, Ba'al, and so.
Blood magick rituals and human sacrifices like the Moloch long predates any Satanism or Gnosticism anyways. The reason they were commanded NOT to perform the Moloch in those ancient Judeo-Christian texts is precisely because they had been performing it. Even if you're the most skeptical materialist in the world, the fact is IF these were being performed by weirdos like Jeffrey Epstein, the person doing it would be doing so in order to feel more powerful. Whether you believe that "power" they receive from it is purely imaginary, or sourced from some subversive demonic force, or what-have-you, they do it to feel powerful and they probably do "feel" "powerful" from it, so they keep doing it.
What a shitty "cipher." It's just this:

2 4 6 8 10

Bingo. If I believe that punching random people in the street makes my hair grow faster, because of some "esoteric" or "occult" voodoo wiccan pagan mumbo-jumbo from the Tibetan monks, does it actually matter if it really works if you're the person getting punched in the face? Nah, you'd probably prefer people know "hey, this twat is punching me!" Instead, people will sit around and go "wait, but the reason he's punching you doesn't make sense to me, so is he even really punching you? What, you guys don't believe in that, do you??" It's such a preposterous diversion. Here my thinking on the issue. Whether I believe or not doesn’t even factor into the equation. There are people who believe it and do these practices. People are acting like blood rituals or belief in imbuing someone’s life force or abilities hasn’t been a thing forever.
Magic, blood rituals and Satanism are now and have been practiced time eternal by people who believe.
"So sorry Jeffrey these things happen..."I was looking at some of the weird "cypher" documents and they are weird. The words are jumbled up:
So far it reads:
