Looking forward to seeing Corbyn get kicked out of parliament.

Mate, you dont have a banana because this is the BBC and if an aide put one there they'd be hung, drawn, and quartered by management.

Anywhere with rape gangs are looking like Labour losong vote share apparently. People who like to rape kids deeply care about gaza for some reason.

I have no idea what context I must be missing here...
The guy is black, if someone gave him a banana as part of his snack kit they'd be screwed.

For further context, someone at one of the counts said one of the counters was eating a banana to keep their energy up, so he started complaining about not having one in his snack pile to keep his energy up.

The danger is coming from the right, not the left.

Honestly pretty much. Labour are enemies of Reform and all right wingers in Britain, but they NEVER pretended to be otherwise.

Meanwhile the "right" has time after time tried to hijack, undermine, sabotage, stop and destroy those to the right of the Tories. Like I said, the cunt who was in charge of Reform before Nigel showed up to be the smug anglo face of Reform was literally still stuck on 2014 "actually THEY are the REAL racists" and wasted party money and resources to run "diverse" candidates so he could go "see we aren't racist guys vote Reform pls" to twitter and London fags who were never gonna give Reform a fair chance, while at the same time dropping candidates at the request of literal communists.

Meanwhile, Nigel reacted to that pathetic attempt at a smear by saying "Oh yeah horrible stuff, has Labour apologized?" making it about the anti-white Labour faggot.

Now we have a "diverse" Labour person who can barely complete a sentence. Also somehow doesn't have any other people there to have any debate.
Journoscum makes a point about Labour potentially having a lower voting share than Corbyn in 2017.

Diverse: "Well actually, we need to compare it to the conservatives".

It's fine she's about to get fired for rambling on about PR while being a member of one of the two ruling parties.

Lowest turn out general since before the 80s so far. Not exactly a resounding mandate for Starmer.

Ah! So in addition to never having @isalaide ever voting for him, the poor guy can't even have a banana because nobody dares give him one. Just can't catch a break.

I don't know if I'm going to see this out after all. I may watch a few more come in to see if it's matching up with the exit polls but I might just crash out and see what horrors I wake up to in the morning.

who is this fat sow?

With their huge majority and taxing us all to death/borrowing it to pay for it.
Huh, sounds like the Brazil experience!
We are going straight to hyperinflation, financial deficit, and no visible or palpable betterment in public services. Our solution is "tax more, and tax everything."

This is the best thing, they're getting exactly what they want (a massive labour majority) but the fact Reform have done well is going to ruin the whole thing for them and make the seeth.
I believe the seething comes from the fact that this potentially drives a stake through their worldview.

If they had gotten no seats, or just a couple, then they could call them a small fringe party of racists and nazis. But 13 seats is a lot, especially since FPTP works against parties like Reform so the actual number of votes is probably way higher than the percentage of seats they have.

Now they need to start saying that large swathes of the population are racist nazis. And once you start saying half the population are evil like that, well, you're going to lose a hell of a lot of credibility with the common person. Reform having the seats they do means they'll look like fucking unhinged loons.

I'm still holding out until I see how well the exit poll predicts reform's seats.
I want it to be a US-like situation where the exit polls underpredict the reform vote and we end up with a few more seats than initially expected. It would be funny as hell. I don't think that'll happen though since exit polls are an anonymous ballot, so people are less likely to lie and cause these underpredictions

Who invited Sebastian from Little Britain back?
I don't know why they keep bringing back thos new Labour hack. Batching about Cameron/Osborne cuts when his party were the ones that drove the economy off a cliff in the first place.

Another Labour hold with Reform 2nd.

Social Democrats and the strange independent lady lost their deposits.

The fun isn't going to start till about 3, anyway, and the analysts everywhere have hammered the life out of the exit poll already. Have a cup of tea, give it another hour and then if nothing's happening, sack it off.

I just appreciate the chance to admit somewhere that civil nationalism is a luxury belief. It was the SNP's most treasured luxury belief for many years, and the greatest blessing of no-more-Humza is that everyone can stop pretending we believe in it. The belief that you could give brown people your white people 'values' and they'd become just like whitey failed for the Romans, failed for the British Empire, and continues to fail in the United States. It's not working here either, and that's what Reform uses to appeal to its voter base. It's no fucking coincidence that their vote is strongest in areas with massive Paki populations.

They are not like us, and the more difficult living becomes in the UK, the more those bonds of social tolerance are going to be stretched. They are already under a lot of tension. That's not going to get better. The political movement that does the best in the next ten, fifteen, years will be the one who figures out how to tack best into that wind.
